Oxendale’s State-of-the-art meat department
Our state-of-the-art meat department is run the way a meat department should be run—real butchers cut the meat and grind beef in full view of the customers. Our head butcher Marv, is one of only a handful left that went to butcher school and has a vast knowledge of all the special cuts you could imagine. Marv’s apprentice James is learning quickly from him and specializes in many of the items you will find in the service counter, such as spinach and provolone pinwheels, kabobs, and stuffed pork chops. Our variety is expanding daily so stop in and check us out.
Oxendale’s carries only the highest quality meats, including Angus beef, premium Standard Farms pork, and Gerbers Amish chicken. We also carry local products, such as Thousand Hills grass-fed beef.
Our fresh seafood case features Alaskan salmon delivered to the store by the fisherman himself. We carry king crab, lobster tails, shrimp, tuna, tilapia and a wide variety of other sea foods and fish.
